Re: PRPT - Shooting Tournament - Sat 7PM PST?

Sounds fun! One thing to think about - I could make it so that the difficulty in making the shot is affected by the size of the target, so shooting smaller items could be harder but worth more points. However, even if I write some code for it, the change won't likely be live on 7/29 unless Japh has ...

Re: Combat Improvements

I've never much minded where the hits land in combat. The back/buttock hits are just a byproduct of the frantic nature of fighting each other, sometimes you get an opportunity to land a blow to someone's back. Either they're out of position, or you flanked them, or maybe you struck them mid-attack o...

Re: Medical Commands Guide

Updated with the latest info: Suture and Dislodge don't require that you have First Aid Triage now reports Jaundice Stitch-up can fail, requires reattempting, not sure what the drawbacks are Replantation failure changed, part still gets attached but recovery time drastically increased Actively bindi...

Good point. If I schedule another, I'll go for the weekend, myself. =)

Re: PRPT - TOWNHALL - Thursday, 7pm PST

Sorry. =( It's the earliest I can do it with my work schedule, and I like to leave the weekend times open so that Zauren can kill us all.

Re: Appreciation Thread

Thanks Bertha, Abraxas, Zauren, Sumi, Kimo, and Eva, for a real memorable couple of scenes on Sunday. Those were the kinds of events that stick with you, and you all played them out so well for the characters involved.

Re: Appreciation Thread

A couple of overdue callouts from me: Madveus - Refreshing to have a character so determined to challenge the status quo, pry into the half-truths getting spread around all the time, and really demonstrate true investigative journalistic spirit. Thanks for the really meaty dialogues. Kenji - A total...

Medical Commands Guide

Hey everyone, I've been spending an ton of time with the medical commands since you all keep finding ways to get yourselves bashed, crushed, slashed, stabbed, and severed. I figured I'd provide the knowledge I have about the medical commands here. Of note, I'm only covering syntax and what the comma...

Re: Medical... guide?

Posting an update on this because Triage has received some awesome improvements lately.

Now you can detect fever.
You can also detect if a wound is infected.

I definitely feel like my character is able to make more accurate medical assessments with these changes.

Thanks Japh!

Myopia Mechanics Suggestion

I'm not really sure what Myopia does, mechanically. I've been told in Discord that the glasses are just props and don't make any difference if they're being worn or not. I've never had any issue with my scans with or without them in spite having the Myopia drawback. Some theorize that it's just a fl...

Re: Medical... guide?

I have no idea how to tell when there's an internal injury that needs further attention either. I've never actually seen triage report anything except for what wounds I could have seen just by using 'look' except for the blood loss line. Overall, it feels somewhat like a wasted step. If it's suppose...
