On the stats subject, my guess is that there's a static total number of stat points, so while you can 'game' the system to achieve a certain desired distribution pattern, you don't really get any net stats out of it. What sort of functionality do we expect the 'Literacy' skill to be covering, given we're working with mostly realistic modern-esque subjects at the Lab? What would a character without look like compared to one with?
